Given reasonable luck, most people are OK until they are around 60-ish 
or so.
 From then onwards, it is anybodys guess, but at some point, jobs will 
take longer and energy decrease.
Everything gets heavier, and small parts shrink in size (or appear to).

In your specific case, you might be fine until you are much older, but 
that is unknown, so for things that require energy etc, doing them as 
early as possible makes sense.
