[modeleng] Re: TIG welded copper boilers

Nothing wrong with welded boilers, as long as they are done by a 
ticketed person. With the full size copper fireboxes the NSWGR used to 
oxy-weld them with an operator on each side of the plates - a real 
exercise in cooperation!
