Terry and John,
I think we have to forget about our past "wanderings" (if it's the right word) 
and try to keep MODEL ENGINEERING (the one we know and cherish) alive whatever 
the politicians are thinking and try to do in our back ! Regarding this EU 
regulation let me get the full text as I think it is just like the regs 
regarding the chocolate , snails, cheeses, beers and other compost in our 
gardens. It is just unapplicable ! (I'm used to this exercise.......). I'll 
post it to the list for your own appreciation and comments.
