Back on the thread again,
I have a fence of board & batten, 20 years old, very tatty, and now I am
trying to convince new landlord to replace with a "Color Coat" steel fence,
while at the same time as he has roof iron replaced. When he bought the
unit, I am a tenant, he got a grand or two off the asking price, so he can
pay for roof. The block is six unit Town House, with each a separate title,
a body corporate to administer minor repairs, and major repairs, are to
notify all other owners before start. Bob L.in New Zealand.
