[modeleng] Re: Shapers

Hi, 
Amusing yourself on a hand shaper is surprisingly not so hard at all. You
soon learn to keep the tool sharp and how much to take off in one go.
Shifting to the other arm helps a lot to make it less repetitive.
I only bought mine as a curiosity, or for old times sake if you want and it
does not see much activity. Being lazy I like milling ! But I made a special
tool holder for cutting keyways with it inside holes and for that it is a
love thing to have around.
