HI
I think under the current regulations unless you can prove that the boiler
has been is use before the new regulations came into being you will have a
problem.
This is because basically as well as the usual Pressure tests etc, you now
need to prove the quality of the metal used and prove the design of the
boiler.
Just hope for a kindly Boiler Inspector.
