[modeleng] Re: Second hand boilers

I'm not an expert at this, but Mike Palmer had a very well worded piece 
on his site recently (although it's not there at present and not in his 
archive.

Basically, if I remember correctly.  The only boiler worth having is one 
with a valid boiler certificate.

Beyond that you are into a gamble (that includes professionally made 
boilers)

Even if it has had a boiler cert in the past, there is no guarantee that 
it will get one in the future.
