there should be plenty of 1/2"W (12 tpi) or 5/8"W (11 tpi) all-thread
lengths avaiable to you - buy metre lengths of the stuff in any hardware
here & I can get 3m lengths from the Bolt Shoppe
I actually (shudder) bought a metre of 5/8W yesterday to make some mandrels
for turning wooden crucible formers - cost about 5 Mintie wrappers
