I believe that present boiler test regulations specifically exclude the use
of SS.
Or rather, the testing of them under the usual ME club certification.

Is that really the case?
I would have thought you could present whatever evidence to them that you
wanted, and would get the response that a stainless steel boiler is
outside the remit of what they are allowed to approve.
