[modeleng] Re: SS Boiler

From all the discussion and cussing that has been on the "Live Steam" BB 
about using stainless steel for boilers, stainless steel is NOT an option 
for boilers for us modelers.  It is doomed to an insidious type corrosion 
that causes rapid failure even if the work is well done.  He who fires up 
this boiler with its stayless stainless firebox had better take out lots of 
life insurance to allow his family (if any are left alive) to live 
comfortably.
