[modeleng] Re: Rotary Throttle Questions

Harry, I thought as much.  Tell me, according to the
description of the plans originally sold by M.A.P.,
Sheet No. 6 gave the details of the regulator, etc. 
What kind of Regulator does the original TICH use?
