Al,
    The Tich.  The boiler is moving forward bit by bit and it's time now to
finalize those pieces of the puzzle I've been putting off, saying I'll make
a final decision on that "later."  It is now "later" and the throttle and
superheater arrangement is the last major unresolved component.
