[modeleng] Re: Rivet Heads

A little trial & error will soon show you Roger - you need roughly 1.5xdia
but it varies a little from snap to snap. With a little practice you should
be able to poke a rivet in place, cant a pair of side cutters on way or
t'other & snip it to perfect length
