I've used Chronos for silver solder and had no problems, but on the other 
hand, I haven't made a boiler, and it's some time since I bought any. I 
may try J. A. Crew - 1.5mm diameter, 500mm long, £1.95.
I got some hacksaw blades from him a little while back - £1.20 each, and 
very good quality. I didn't know sawing through 1 inch bar could be so 
easy.....

Usual disclaimer, but I've used them a lot. But be warned, some items are 
cheaper from regular suppliers - Farnell sell maglite torches cheaper.
