Hi Ken,
All I basically did was bash up a bracket that slid into one of the T-bolt
slots in the rear of the cross slide and clamped into place.The bracket
then screwed to the back of the DRO unit. I then drilled a hole in the tail
end of the bar which slides through the DRO. I then drilled and tapped a
hole in the front of the apron and and srewed the tail end to it with
suitable spacers to get it aligned. The only problem was setting the bracket
downwards so the slide bar cleared the top slide
Simple,works and can be removed in about 60 seconds.
