Al,
I know what others may do, but as for me I will stick with my 100 mesh SS
screening I bought from Cole's. In line fuel strainers also work as several
pointed out, but I dunno about that Scotch Brite® stuff. I never used any
kind of strainer until I bought my first Superscale injector and was
instructed to use one. Never have had any problems without strainers in the
regular hand and axle pump lines, but I may be like the Captain on the "Sand
Pebbles" who didn't think the main bearing was going to cause trouble
because, "It never has given trouble before".
