[modeleng] Quiet list & boards

Right now, all the steam related message boards and lists are very quiet.
Some, like this one, are only getting  a post or two a day.
Even Chaski only had 10 new threads over the past fortnight, a very low 
figure for that board.

I assume it is due to the weather, as with the majority of members in the 
northern hemisphere, most are too busy enjoying the summer, and building or 
running engines to sit in front of a computer.

No doubt activity will pick up once the weather changes, or if anyone has 
any specific questions / comments etc.
