A PayPal account or similar, to avoid excessive foreign currency charges, 
such as International Money Orders - the last one I nearly bought was going 
to cost me a fixed £12 for anything up to £100, whereas PayPal and 
Moneybookers both charge me around 3%, including a very small premium for 
using my credit card to pay them with ...
