[modeleng] Re: Pins-striping tool

I have a Bob Moore lining pen for my smaller painting, anything up to gauge 
one so far. I do however have a pet lining engineer who is superb. Sadly, he 
won't be doing much more in the way of lining but his etch brass number 
plates and name plates are excellent.

He might be able to give you some tips for the price of a phone call.
