[modeleng] Re: Pins-striping tool

Hi Clif,

Best wishes for a speedy recovery from your hip replacement. As an
encouragement, I have an 80 yr old neighbour who just had one, and after 3
weeks he is really starting to feel better, and getting his strength back.
Hope it works was well for you.

Regarding hypo needle tubing, if you want to try and make a pen or two you
can get tubing from Small Parts Inc. in the US. I have also found hypo
needles at very low cost at the local vet supply house. They do ask what
your plans are for them, but when you explain what you're doing and that
they're not for mainlining heroin or something they are OK with selling
them.

I don't do lining, but I use the needles as gas jets in burners. Very long
life being stainless, very closely controlled dimensions, and no pinhole
drilling!

Cheers Jeff Dayman
