[modeleng] Re: Pins-striping tool

Hi Cliff,

Have a look at this 5" LNER B1 in BR lined black. If my memory serves me 
right, the builder lined this out using a hypodermic with only assistance 
from a couple of cans of cider to "steady the hand". The loco is exhibition 
standard and performs even better....... and that's coming from an LMS man!
