[modeleng] Re: Pins-striping tool

Hi All,
It always annoys me when I see the Bob Moore lining pen as it is only a type of 
drawing pen for indian ink that I used when I was a draughtsman.
I just wish that I had thought of it first.
Originaly spring bows were used, then came the Uno pen in the late sixties 
(which is now the Bob Moore) then the modern drawing pen. The interesting thing 
is where does he get them made now ?
As the only essential bit is a very fine steel tube, is there any possibility 
of using hyperdermic needles suitably cut down with a cup on the top and given 
a polished end.

What does the team use for pinstriping/lining out models?

In the UK there is the Bob Moore Lining Pen at an exorbitant cost.
In the US there is the Beugler Pin Striper at an exorbitant cost.

Does anyone use the Master Striper and if Yes, what is the verdict?  It would 
appear to work on
the same principle as the Beugler but looks much more affordable.
