Cellulose paint is the one that can no longer be used, apart from in some
industrail applications.
Might be a bit of a problem for anyone restoring a vintage vehicle, but
apart from that, II dot think t will affect "us".
As there are exceptions (I believe aircraft use is one) there may even be
ways of obtaining it for anyone who really needs it still.
