[modeleng] Orrery kits

Hi folks,
I'm assuming all the UK readers will have seen the orrery kit magazine
that is being advertised on TV at the moment (first issue due out
officially on April 2nd apparently).  These sort of things are normally
someone elses design that is being serialised by the magazine, and it
generally costs a lot more for the pleasure of collecting the mags....
I'm humming and hah-ing about getting this, partly because it would give
me something to do at lunchtimes at work but does anyone know whose kit
it is?.... The thing is for 300 quid it doesn't look too bad, I can
re-engineer or remake any part I find objectionable and it will keep me
out of mischief during lunch......

Opinions etc invited. For the record this isn't a DeAgostini mag (they
have a terrible reputation) it's an Eaglemoss one (they seem to have a
halfway decent one.)
