[modeleng] On Going Story of Clacks!

I'm finding out lots about Nitrile and Viton balls, but still don't have 
working clacks.  They either seal totally (and won't let the injector 
water through) or fail to seal!

More details later, in the mean time -

What is the recommended minimum ball lift on a clack.
