Hi Harry and All,

If you know the weight and size of the Book you could possibly sort your own 
delivery out. Some of the courier companies will do a collection service 
organised from the delivery end of the operation.
I dont like the delivery costs made by some businesses as they seem to use 
excess charges as a way of boosting their profits.
Also have you tried Amazon as they seem to sell most books.
