You can have a look at the chimney and blastpipe end. If you are getting oil
there, it will have passed thru the cylinders. It may be easier to check
this by running the engine on compressed air to see moist oil rather than
moist steam condensate.
Just to be sure, you could dismantle and clean the luber and piping.
