[modeleng] Re: Off topic-AVO

I have 2 AVO 8s, the best meter ever made. Sad to think there will be no 
more quality analogue meters made, digital meters can be limited in their 
use. Flashing power supplies cannot be accurately measured with our digital 
Fluke meters, the voltage isn't there for long enough, same with current 
readings. We have this problem on Networkrail with flashing aspects, trying 
to get the correct voltage, I use my Avo from home but not supposed to.
