OS Engines always has the back cover of Live Steam magazine.  They have just 
announced their 7-1/2" gauge Mogul kit, but I don't even have enough money 
to afford to look at the ad, much less order one of the fully machined 
kits!!  Yes, you can get it in 7-1/4:" gauge also.

 Is the O & S Engine company still in existence?  At
 one time, they made some live steam locomotives for
 the export market.  I do not know where they are
 located, but might be worth a try.
