Just been notified of another scam very simmilar to the postal one but done via
your answer phone it asks you to phone this number once again costing £15

A card is posted through your letter box stating that a parcel was delivered
but you were out. It has the general appearance of the GPO card, but is from
a company named PDS (Parcel Delivery Service).
It asks that you call the number on the card (usually 0906 6611911) BUT, if
you do, as soon as you connect to the recorded message, you will have
incurred a charge of £15 on your phone bill, and more if you bother to
listen to the whole recording.
The scam originates in Belize, to where the calls are routed.
