[modeleng] Re: OT Big Sea Crane/ Not steam at all !

That certainly is a massive machine.
A model of it, would, I am sure, be unusual and attract interest.

Subject: [modeleng] OT Big Sea Crane/ Not steam at all !

Hi All
In my new job assignment I'm involved with LNG terminals and pipe line
laying. One of our sister company has a fleet of drilling vessels and
semi-sub cranes. Here is a picture of SAIPEM 7000. May be a good subject of
model for those involved with marine models!. You can have the tech. data at
http://www.saipem.eni.it (All the fleet and the S7000, lifting capacity 14
000 tons).
If any of you knows of a bigger see crane just let me know !
Regards
Pierre
