Once again the list has drifted off topic, with over two dozen posts that do
not relate to Model Engineering.
The result is the loss of more members.
Every time there is a spate of off topic posts, some people leave the list.
Therefore I have changed the list to Moderated, which means that all posts
will go to me for approval before appearing on the list.
A shame, and also time consuming, but it seems to be the only way to keep
the list to the subject matter, and avoid losing the list entirely.
Therefore there will be delay between posting a message and it appearing on
the list.
