Some Guy caled Pete waterman uses Bill for his engines, There are a couple 
of guys here lurking that have used Bill, perhaps thay would like to 
contribute?.... Mr Bramble?.....

I can only go on quality and service, Both get a 100%+ from me .

Dave,
      Cheaper is easily understood, but what about Bills' quality can be
measureably better?  I've examined D. Carney's plates and don't find much
room for improvement, unless her quality has slipped badly in the last few
years.
