I've never heard of B3 or B34 frame. I have a NEMA 56 frame motor on my S7
and it fits perfectly. Isn't the M7 mount the same size as a S7? That said,
I think that you are succumbing to false economy by converting to single
phase. Keep your 3-phase and buy a VFD!
