And the best of luck Alan! We all but re-built this house, an old Victorian
one. Only the walls and the roof timbers are still original but as we kept
everything Victorian looking as possible, it only took us just over 30 years
to do it all ... not that I want to worry you at all .... <VBG>

PS, we are on the Rochdale Canal in two weeks time, setting off from Sowerby
Bridge and hopefully going up and over the summit to Littleborough, so
"SNAP"!
