[modeleng] Model boiler sizes and designs

Does anyone know what the maximum bar-litre value is for a model boiler? (i.e.
for a boiler to be considered a model one). Does anyone know if there's a
vertical boiler design that operates close to this.... Looking for something in
the 80-100 psi range under the assumption that this would be a sensible value
for a double-expansion engine...
