I think you are being a bit optimistic with your size increase!

The latest Modelling in Miniature (May) has details in the editorial which
states that the size of the hall is 1645m2 and the intended temporary
structure will increase this area to over 3000m2.  That's not even doubled
unless it is well over 3000m2.

I spent the weekend at Woodex , held at The Fosse. For the MME show, a VERY
large temporary building will be erected, one of the semi rigid marquee
type, this will quadruple the size of the present permanent building. The
owners are trying to get planning permission for a permanent extension.
Not strictly model engineering, but it was gratifying to see the quality of
work being turned out by young competitors, a six year old won an award for
better wood turning than I can manage.
