All I know is that the guy who sent it to me, used to live in the Midlands, and has retired to Cyprus. He said: " A friend showed me the attached photo and asked if I could find out anything about it. It appears to be roughly 7" gauge, and may be scratch built". Not much to go on I'm afraid.
