Hi The book you have just mentioned How (Not) to paint a Locomotive has just 
been advertised in the Supplement to MEW (Engineering Plans) The Cost is 
£20-00 plus Carriage (£1-50) UK  and can be obtained from The Author

Bridge of Weir.
PA11 3WD (UK)
It consists of 168 Pages, 130 Colour Photographs and 30 Diagrams. Plus a 
list of suppliers.
Seems like a good deal to me.
