The locomotive seems to have been built by someone who once saw a steam loco
and went home to build it from memory.
Not only do the valve levers not have any valve stems, there seems to be no
valve chest for them to operate.
Crosshead guides have no support at ends.
Also, note lack of gauge glass on backhead. There is only a single try cock
to tell if the water is above the crown sheet. No way to tell if there is
too much water, only a way to tell if there is enough to cover the sheet.
Nice looking wheel castings though!
