One member found that his messages to the list were vanishing into thin air.
Rather than me making an enquiry to Freelists to find what the problem was,
at my request, he contacted them himself.

In this case, they had an anti-spam block that was also inadvertantly
blocking this members email address.
This might be useful to anyone else who finds the same thing happening.
Of course, if any member has any problem, they can also contact one of the
