The JB Weld is goof for high temps. I would have to go and have a look at
the sopec's for you but the temps refered to are in excess of stem loco
temps.

The sale spitch states that the tubes are good for 20 yrs but I haven't had
a prt used set for that long. Mne tend  to get all used up over a a few
months.
