I hadn't tried E & J Winter.

I followed your link, and the drawings are listed at AU$95. They are cheaper 
from GLR [ (UK$24 + UK$3) x 2.5 = AU$67.50 ]

I'll fire him off an email shortly asking for prices and availability, of 
cylinder and wheel castings.
