Hello Richard, Re the web site it is hopelessly out of date . In Sept 04
Station Road Steam bought Romulus, Diesel Shunter &Tinkerbelle & in Sept 06
he also bought The Garratt, The Fairley, No.5 the 6 wheeler & No. 6 the
Sweet William type open cab engine, This cleared me out. Peter Sheppard is
the owner of No.4 & No.6 is on a garden railway in Kent.
On the 12th Nov 06 I started No.7 which is the same as No.6, & finished it
on 25th Jan. 07 but I had already made the cylinders complete with
slidebars, crossheads & most of the valve gear. I am now well on with No. 8
which is a Tinkerbelle type with walschaerts valve gear.. This afternoon I
made up the SS firebars.
I am now on broadband so I shall update the website next winter. Since
joining Orange I receive no emails for a week or so then I receive 90.
