If anyone in the USA is paying their train owners to haul their equipment to
a meet and run it I haven't heard of it. As far as I know, very few if any
clubs even furnish fuel of any kind to the drivers. Some of the gas engine
clubs do have fuel for the displayers of antique hit and miss engines, but
no railroad clubs do it to my knowledge.
