My understanding was that unpaid volunteers could be employees for the
purpose of liabiliity and you need Employer's Liability insurance. The
Walker Midgelely Club Insurance includes inextricably both Public and
Employer's liability. I've not read the RSA/ Footman James Southern Fed
policies.
