        It now comes to mind (once I've spent more than 30 seconds thinking 
about
it) that if one left the rectagular "key" on the bar ends that I'd think
one jig might do the job although there might be a need for two clamp
configurations, one for the bar in rectangular condition and one for the
milled shape.
