Depends on what format the sender selected as default, Lee....or, like this, 
the format of the item to which a reply is being sent.  If your email was 
created from scratch rather than as a reply, check your default setting.  My 
default is text, but since this came in as HTML, my reply will go out that way 
unless I make a conscious effort to change it.  Charles
