[modeleng] Gear Cutting

John Strachan of Hobby Mechanics is starting to advertise castings and revised 
drawings for his gear cutting machine which was originally published in the 
Model Engineer in 1949. they all seem well priced and should make a excellent 
project.Just another one to add to the list.
