[modeleng] Ga1 experiments. Does LBSC "Tich"*0.66 = LBSC "Small Bass"?

Hi there Harry,

Your Tich*0.66 may already have been done by LBSC himself. Assuming that
you're considering the scaling on a large boiler tich, I suspect you'd
come out with something not too far removed from "Small Bass". Some
details of which you can see on...

What do you reckon?

Yours,

Rich.
